Being predominantly a location based photographer, I relish the chance to practice my craft in a studio setting. For the images shown below, I booked a studio in Singapore and then welcomed the opportunity to conduct a portrait session the morning after I’d arrived in the country. My approach to photography is based on fundamental principles, so when I step into a studio the years in which I honed my craft in an advertising agency’s studio coming flooding back. Using the equipment has to be second nature, so that my focus is always on the people.
